What Clinically does
Send via our SMS & email platform.
Automatic SMS & email reminders nudge patients until the AoB is signed.
Every signed consent stored in one place — ready to produce any time you're asked.
The Assignment-of-Benefit requirements — and what Clinically covers.

Pick whatever fits your workflow — every path captures a compliant, signed AoB.
Signed on their phone and sent to the practice.
Consent recorded and sent to your practice. Hand the tablet back for the next patient.
Every consent you send is tracked from delivered, to opened, to signed — with automated SMS reminders following up on your schedule until it's signed. The result: fewer unsigned consents, and more recovered.

Audit time hits — can you produce every consent on demand? The verbal ones recorded ad hoc, the Tyro receipts, the SMS “YES” replies still to chase up… or is it a scramble across three systems and a paper drawer?
Capture consent any way that fits your workflow — every one lands in a single dashboard you can export in a click at audit time.
From building your branded forms to billing in your PMS — the whole workflow, step by step.
Real-time alerts as consents arrive · filter by day or doctor to monitor your clinics live · tick each off as it's billed · batch-export the lot at audit time.

HB_12345_AoB.pdfStart capturing consents and refining your workflow — your first 50 consents are on us.
We're clinicians in busy bulk-billing and telehealth practices — so we know exactly whose desk the compliance work lands on. We built Clinically to take that job off your plate: it keeps pace with the rules so your team doesn't have to, with nothing to install and no surprise fees. Low risk, no commitment — just one less thing to chase.
The Assignment of Benefit changes are new — and, frankly, a little daunting. We're working through them in our own practices and sharing what we build, so you're not figuring it out alone — a shared journey, not a sales pitch. If there's something we've missed, or you'd like a hand with a custom workflow we haven't covered yet, get in touch. We genuinely want to hear it.

Sending, links, QR codes, and how a consent flows through your practice.
Your first 50 consents are free — no credit card to start. After that it's 10 cents per consent for any capture method, with your monthly consent spend capped at $50 (unlimited doctors). If you'd like us to text the link to patients for you, SMS is 18 cents + GST each — no minimum, uncapped. No monthly fees, no contracts — you only pay for what you use.
Yes — you can add as many team members as you like at no extra cost, so reception, billing, and clinicians all work from the same practice dashboard.
Pick whatever suits the service: have us send a secure link straight to the patient by SMS or email (search their name, tap Send); paste a link into your own PMS SMS/email templates; scan the practice QR code on their own phone (before service); sign on a linked patient-screen tablet in your rooms — push a consent to it, or let it run the self-sign form; or capture it on paper and upload the scan. However it's captured, every consent lives in one place on your dashboard.
It's a code generated for your practice, tied to a set of basic service descriptors (BSDs) you've configured from the item numbers your clinicians bill. Display or keep it at the practice for patients who want to use their own device — when scanned, it opens your practice's consent page; the patient enters their name and date of birth, then sees and signs the consent.
You can also have more than one. Configure different groups of item numbers as separate BSD sets in the Links section (during onboarding or later in Settings), and each set generates its own QR code — so you can display the right one for the right group of services.
Only before the appointment. Because the QR code is generic to your practice's BSDs, it can't know which item numbers were actually billed for a given service — so it can't be used for after-appointment consent.
There are a few ways:
The links themselves are specific to your practice, not the patient — BSD-specific for before-appointment, and item-number-specific for after-appointment. They only become patient-specific when you drop them into your PMS SMS/email templates.
Replace our placeholders in the link with your PMS's own merge fields for patient first name, surname, and date. When your practice sends the SMS/email, your PMS substitutes the real patient details, so each message carries a unique link for that patient — and they don't have to fill in those details themselves.
Any of them. Clinically doesn't need a direct integration — you paste your practice links into your PMS's SMS/email templates, so it works wherever you already message patients.
Yes, if you'd like. You can send a secure consent link straight to the patient by SMS and/or email from your dashboard — search the patient, tap Send, and choose SMS, email, or both. Prefer your own pathways? You can still paste our links into your PMS SMS/email templates instead. Either way the patient gets a secure link and enters their date of birth to open and sign it, and the completed consent is emailed back to your practice and saved to your dashboard.
Yes. Clinically is purpose-built for the Assignment of Benefit e-consent requirements, capturing the patient's assignment of their Medicare benefit to your practice for the specific bulk-billed service.
Yes — the patient form is available in 11 languages so patients can read it in their own language. The English version remains the legal record.
Straight to your practice dashboard as a live record, and a copy is emailed to your practice automatically. You can also customise how the PDF's file name is structured — from fields like patient surname, given name, DOB, item number and date — so that PMSs which file incoming documents by file name can accept the emailed consent and drop it directly into the right patient's record.
These go on every consent and on your patients' form. Add your locations once, then choose where each practitioner works.
The main location defaults to all practitioners. New locations start with none selected. Open Practitioners on a location to choose who works there.
This is the live consent form your patients will open from the SMS/E-mail. Try it — it's interactive. The preview reflects the doctor-matching mode you chose in the Links step.
Edit any field to preview it live, then sign & submit in the preview above to send yourself a real test consent.

One last step. Confirm your email and your unique service links go live — ready to paste into your PMS.
One link or several — use them in SMS/email reminders, a printed QR poster, a shared screen, or push to a tablet. Hover any section for tips.
This is the SMS and email your patient receives with their consent link. Tap a field to drop it in — the patient's own details fill in when you send. Leave it as-is to use our wording.
[LINK] is where the patient taps to sign — it's always included. They're asked for their date of birth to open it.
The email leads to the same secure link, wrapped in your practice branding. Patients still enter their date of birth to open it.
The Review & sign button is your patient's secure consent link — it's added for you and can't be edited. Just write your message above.
