Enter your practice email and we'll send you a secure sign-in link.
Consents land here live as they're signed or uploaded. Tick each off once you've lodged the bulk-bill assignment.
Welcome! Clinically captures a Medicare bulk-bill Assignment-of-Benefit consent any way that suits the visit — every method produces the same legally-valid, claim-ready record, saved to your dashboard and emailed to your practice automatically.
Ways to capture consent
Send to patient
Open Consent, fill in the patient's details, then More → Send to patient to text or email a secure link to review & sign. Reminders chase an unsigned consent automatically.
Copy a link
Paste our secure link straight into your own PMS, SMS or email templates — open My Links from the menu to copy them.
QR poster
Print the before-visit QR for patients to scan and sign on their own phone — hang it in the waiting or consult room.
Patient kiosk (locked tablet)
Turn a spare tablet into a locked patient screen: Devices → Link a new device, scan the QR, set a PIN. Push a pre-filled consent to it, or leave it on the self-sign loop for walk-ins.
Paper, scanned in
Captured a consent on paper? Upload the scan and it joins the rest of your records, ready for the claim.

Hover (or tap) any chip or button below to see what it does.

Whichever method you use, the consent is saved to your dashboard, emailed to your practice, and ready for the claim.
Just so you know: some patients on Android / Google Messages phones may have the first consent text filtered into Spam & blocked. Most see it fine — this only affects a few.
If a patient says they didn't get it, ask them to:
They'll then receive this and future messages normally — you only need to tell them once.
Pinning pops your live consent list out into a small window that floats on top of everything — including your practice software. Watch consents arrive in real time, copy a patient's name straight into your PMS to bill, and tick each one off as you go, without ever switching tabs.

Open Consent on your computer and fill in the patient's details, then push it to a waiting-room tablet — the patient just taps Accept there. Both devices must be signed in with the same email address.
Turn a tablet or a second computer into a signing screen for your patients — no app to install. Link it to your account one of two ways:
Once it's a patient screen, push a pre-filled consent to it (Consent → More → Push) and the patient signs there, or leave it on the self-sign loop for walk-ins.
Set a one-time PIN so a patient screen stays locked to the consent form, away from the dashboard.
Resend the signed PDF to your practice recipients.

Enter the 4-digit staff PIN to exit and open the dashboard.
A 4-digit PIN your staff use to exit kiosk mode on a patient screen. It applies to your whole practice and you can change it any time.
This is a second active login on your practice.
You can use one of these devices as a patient-facing screen — set a 4-digit staff PIN so patients can't reach your records from it.
On the new device, open the camera and scan this code. It signs in to your practice — no email link needed.
